Leadership development that actually changes how you lead

Most leadership training fades within a week. We build twelve-week programs around your real challenges, pair you with a coach, and measure the difference. Based in Sherbrooke, working across Quebec.

Four phases, twelve weeks, one measurable outcome

1

Diagnostic week

We interview you, your direct reports, and your manager. You complete a 40-question behavioural assessment. By Friday you receive a two-page report that names your three biggest leadership gaps, ranked by business impact.

2

Skill-building sprints

Weeks two through six focus on one gap at a time. Each sprint has a 90-minute workshop, a practice assignment you do in your actual meetings, and a 30-minute debrief call with your coach. No role-playing with strangers.

3

Integration period

Weeks seven through ten, you lead without scaffolding. Your coach observes one live meeting per week and sends written feedback within 24 hours. Your team fills out a short pulse survey at week eight so you can see what shifted.

4

Outcome review

Week twelve, we repeat the behavioural assessment and compare scores. You get a final report, a 60-day self-guided maintenance plan, and access to our alumni peer group on Signal where roughly 80 graduates share problems and solutions.

Pick the format that fits your schedule

One-on-one coaching

Twelve weekly sessions of 50 minutes each, scheduled around your calendar. Best for senior managers who need confidential space to work through specific friction points: difficult direct reports, board dynamics, or role transitions. We cap this at 14 clients per quarter so every coach carries a manageable load.

Team cohort

Groups of six to eight managers from the same organization go through the twelve-week program together. Workshops happen in person at your office or at our space on Harold Path in Sherbrooke. Between sessions, pairs within the cohort practise giving each other direct feedback, which solves two problems at once: they learn the skill and improve their working relationship.

New-manager intensive

A condensed six-week version designed for people in their first management role. Covers the five things new managers get wrong most often: delegating too late, avoiding performance conversations, scheduling too many status meetings, confusing being liked with being trusted, and trying to keep doing their old job. Runs four times a year in January, April, July, and October.

Custom workshop day

A single full-day session for organizations that want a focused intervention rather than an ongoing program. We design the day around one theme you choose: conflict resolution, decision-making under uncertainty, giving feedback that people actually use, or running meetings that end with commitments instead of vague next steps. Includes a written playbook your team keeps.

Most leadership training is a lecture with a workbook

We started this practice in 2019 after watching too many well-intentioned HR departments spend $4,000 per person on two-day seminars that produced zero behavioural change. The problem was never the content. It was the structure: no follow-up, no accountability, no measurement.

Our programs cost roughly the same per person, but they spread the work over twelve weeks and include a coach who watches you lead in real situations. That is the difference between knowing what good leadership looks like and actually doing it when a project is late and people are frustrated.

We are a small firm. Two senior coaches, one program coordinator, and a network of four associate coaches we bring in for larger cohorts. Being small means we turn down work that does not fit. If your real problem is compensation structure or org design, we will say so and point you to someone who handles that.

Things people ask before signing up

One-on-one coaching runs $3,800 per person. Team cohorts range from $2,900 to $3,400 per person depending on group size. The new-manager intensive is $2,200. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include the diagnostic assessment, coaching sessions, written reports, and alumni group access.

Yes. About 60% of our clients are fully remote. Workshops happen over video, and the live meeting observations work through screen sharing. The only thing we lose is the ability to read body language in a physical room, which matters less than people assume.

We refund the remaining weeks minus the diagnostic fee. That has happened three times in five years, usually because the person changed roles or left the company. Nobody has quit because they disliked the program.

Both coaches are bilingual. Workshops and coaching happen in whichever language the participant prefers. Written reports default to French for Quebec-based clients unless you ask for English.

No. About a quarter of our clients lead cross-functional projects, volunteer boards, or technical teams where they have influence but no formal authority. The skills transfer well because leadership is mostly about how you communicate expectations and handle disagreement.
